You're how old today???
Happy Birthday to Mrs. 808, my ol' lady. (I get to say that because she is 3 months older than me).
I should not though as I promised to be nice for this birthday. Next year I am going to do it up big for her big birthday.
A little history: The Mrs. and I met at work, courtesy of Burger, back in Los Angeles, October 2001. I was starting my life over and she had just returned from a post-911 trip to Thailand to meet her extended family. The connection between us was instantaneous and we were soon inseparable. We married in June 2002 and in July, with her daughter and our daughter on the way, we moved back to my home state, Misery, I mean Missouri. Two years later, we are alive and kicking, still in love and expecting our last child, our son, in September.
I could drone on and on about my love for my wife, how she has inspired me to do the things I have always lacked motivation to do, and how happy she makes me. Alas, I know that most of my readers will just skip it...they are guys after all. If you do read one last thing though, know that I love my wife dearly and would not trade her for the world (which is a rather silly expression, what would i do with the world? i sure as hell can't take it anywhere or store it.) Happy birthday, Mrs. 808. I love you!!!
